 Once we have the house back in your possession we start stage 1 clean up.  This involves us first changing the locks on the front and back door. All trash and items that are left behind will be carried out to the curb or placed into a dumpster if provided.  Once all the trash and items are removed stage 2 begins. On stage 2 we wipe down all counters and sinks, toilet and clean out all kitchen drawers.  The next step is a damage report.  We will go room by room and do a full inspection testing outlets and looking for above wear and tear that has been done to your property.
